“Prices have gone up dramatically as other users have noted - rent about doubled in the course of just a year. However, this is because the new owners have made many changes to improve the property at the cost of the tenants - in just a few months, they have repaired many leaks in the roof, repainted in some areas, and installed a security system (cameras) and fence around the property to make it safer for tenants. Overall, I think the changes are good, and the new owners have excellent communication with the new tenants. They are very easy to work with and get ahold of, and have treated us very fair. Even so, prices are high even for this area..”
